Repeat Prescriptions

• 72-hour notice is required for dispensing of repeat and written prescriptions. Prescriptions can be requested by telephone or e-mail.

• Repeat prescriptions can only be filled for a 6-month period after which an upto-date health assessment is required before a further prescription is given.

• For certain conditions e.g a heart complaint, an up to-date health assessment may be required more frequently than twice yearly for monitoring purposes. This is performed at the discretion of the Vet.

• Please note any written prescriptions will have a fee and these also will take upto 72 hours to complete.
